Xing Yi Online Starts October 2 2025

Join us on Zoom or In Person at the Gillies Bay Community Hall to learn Xing Yi Quan Kung Fu on Thursdays 2nd,9th,16th and 23rd of October at 3PM. No class on Thursday the 30th.
Continuing forwards, we should maintain the Thursday schedule.
In this class, we will cover; the Stance Form and the Santi Shi Stance to begin developing lower body conditioning, the Xing Yi Five Element Fists, San Se Pao (a two person exercise), the Qi Permeating Technique (medical Qigong), Zhang Zhuang (standing meditation), and the Xing Yi Five Phases Linking Form #1. Along with this class is a series of online material that will be released as the class progresses and will be accessible via the WixFit app.
